Ben Berman

Ben Berman is a director who has found success across a wide variety of platforms and genres, from commercials to short films to episodic television and sketch comedy to feature length documentaries. Regardless of the category, Ben's work has attracted both audiences and industry recognition.

He has directed commercials for an enviable list of agencies and clients including Wieden & Kennedy, Old Spice, Barkley, Big-O Tires  and  Credit Karma, among others.

Outside of the commercial world, Ben is best known for his feature documentaries The Amazing Jonathan Documentary, which sold to HULU in a bidding war at Sundance, and  The American Gladiators Documentary for ESPN.

His shorts, such as I’m a Mitzvah (starring Parks & Recreation‘s Ben Schwartz) and How to Lose Weight in 4 Easy Steps (starring SNL's Beck Bennett,) have also received wide acclaim as both Staff Picks on Vimeo and premieres at Sundance. His latest Staff Pick is Heads, a charming and innovative exploration of prolific NYC sculptor, Jack Cox.
